Environment and climate

At Native Coders, we believe that any company must work in harmony with the climate and our planet. Our primary emissions stem from electricity usage in our Nairobi office. Given Kenya's climate, heating is not a significant concern; instead, our energy consumption mainly involves lighting and powering our computers. We conduct most of our meetings online and endeavor to use trains and public transportation for any necessary in-person client meetings in Sweden. Within Kenya, our team predominantly relies on matatus (public minibus taxis) for commuting to the office, unless working from home, as we use a hybrid work model.

With more than 20 years of experience from the IT sector and many of them in leading roles, I contribute with a great knowledge within areas such as Leadership, Costumer engagement, Sales, Offering Development and of the consulting business on the Nordic market. With my engagement I want to contribute to establish a successful and sustainable company that brings out the best in both individuals and the organization as a whole.
